You can use Filter data table. So when you have that full table in a datatable variable then use "Filter data table" -action to filter only the ones with "Apple" in first column (index 0) and do the same with "Lemon" and "Orange".

    Edit Filters to apply:

In Column name or index put either 0 for first index column or the column name "item"

    So started from this:

Filtered that table three times to get three tables:

    AppleDataTable:

    LemonDataTable:

    OrangeDataTable:

    Hi,

    1) One way is to get the using filter action.
    2) Use Excel as a database and write an SQL query to retrieve the distinct item names. Then, for each item name returned, loop through and run a SELECT query to get all records where the item name matches the current loop variable.

If I have answered your question, please mark it as the preferred solution. If you like my response, please give it a Thumbs Up.
    Regards,
    Riyaz
