Failure count notification from Power Automate

I have received system notification from Power Automate indicating number of failure counts in 2 of my flows in the past week.

 

It is confusing that:

  • 1 of the flows had been turned off. How come it is still running?
  • I check run history of the other flow but cannot find any record of failed run. 

Anyone has experienced the same?

    Is it possible for Power automate to monitor flow failures daily instead of weekly? For example, the notification does not say 'failed in the past week'.

    This email is usually failures within the past week, it's not always up to date at the exact time the email is sent. 

     

    If this is the same email you get, notice it says "in the past week":
