Hi ,

Initially I have worked in migration of InfoPath form to power app form. Now we are in the process of migrating K2 Forms and workflows to Power Platform (Canvas app and Power Automate). I am new to this migration. So Is there any documentation available for migration concerns , best practices , guidelines?

The migration process would be pretty much a re-development from K2 smartforms and workflows to Power Platform so best practices and guidelines would be primarily around how to build canvas apps and power automate flows.

Areas to keep in mind though would be:

* Long running workflows vs Power Automate 30 day limit

* Managing state machine and complex workflows workflow scenarios in Power Automate

* Mapping of smartobjects to connectors or build custom connectors

* Understanding alternatives for the K2 management workspace e.g. redirect tasks, viewflow, single task lists etc
