Planner URLS for Power BI

Hi,

 

I'm trying to see if anyone can help.

I have managed to import multiple planner tasks into a power bi report using Power Automate but would like to add the Plan URLS also.

This is so the end user of the report can quickly navigate to any of the plans to work on outstanding tasks ect. Is this possible?
