How to use SLAs in Canvas Apps

Hi Guys,

 

I am new to PowerApps. I want to know is it possible to implement the SLAs for Dataverse tables which is available in power apps.

If possible please help me to implement it from scratch....

I read the SLA implementation in provided Microsoft documentation. I just come to know that I have make use of Dynamic 365 & Customer Service Hub. As of now I am not using Dynamic 365. So, need help.

 

Can we implement the SLA for Dataverse Table and to available records in those tables. If yes please help me to learn that implementation.

    No. You cannot use the MSFT SLAs functionality without D365 modules. That functionality is only available as part of their first party solution. You could code your own interpretation of an SLA capability, but you cannot use their module without licensing it.

    You can use SLA functionality in Dataverse tables WITHOUT the first-party apps deployed (though you need to be properly Licensed).
