UTF Formatting Issue in CSV Output

Hi all..

I'm raising this new ticket as my previous ticket I marked as complete as it fixed one flow, but not another.

I have this flow, but I'm seeing these characters coming through in the results in the CSV - "​" or "Â"

    I've also tried following this post from Matthew, by adding a Parse JSON step, but it unfortunately did not resolve the issue.
