Help - I can't send the multiple attachment with the function send an email with option ( 2nd approval)

Hello,

 

I am trying to create the flow with 2 approval when the new form is submitted. This flow goes smoothly for the 1st approval but for 2nd approval with functions send an email with the option, I can't attach multiple attachments here. Below is the error detail and my flow so I need to get advise for this issue, pls. Thanks! 

 

Error details: The 'inputs.parameters' of workflow operation 'Send_email_with_options_2' of type 'OpenApiConnectionWebhook' is not valid. Error details: The API operation 'SendMailWithOptions' is missing required property 'optionsEmailSubscription/Message/Attachments/0/ContentBytes'.

    The Append to array variable action should specify ContentBytes not Content
