I have created a form using MS Forms. When the flow runs after form submission, the recipient of the email in this case - Zendesk, receives the email from the form submitted. The sender of the form always appears as me. The creator of the flow and form. Is there a way to have the flow use the responder email address when submitting the form. Thanks
The flow us sending the form to support@swankmp.zendesk.com.
When I add the 'send as' with the responder ID dynamic content the flow fails with a permission issue using 'send as'
I am not in the zendesk.com domain and not able to update 'send as' permissions. It seems like somewhere in the flow or form Zendesk is parsing the requestor data incorrectly.
Please try the below:
Call the Get response details action and use the responders email on the From Sender by choosing to Add Dynamic Content
