Putting texts in generated PDF

Hi. I am trying to generate a PDF of my gallery through attachment control. The PDF to be generated should include a text saying “This form is generated through ‘Name of the App’. Strictly confidential”. Is there a way this can be done?

Thanks in advance.

    Hi @Fred0505

I would usually generate PDF using Power Automate. You can set up an instance Power Automate and have the trigger as from Power apps:

Then ass the Parameters Passes to the Power Automate I would Pass the App Name and any other relevant details from the Power App(Which you can then use as dynamic data for the document name of the PDF):

    Hope this helps!

Hi @AndrewR1. Thanks for your response. To clarify, the text that I would want to appear is in the PDF file itself and not in the document name. It should appear like a foot note or a header in the document.

Can this be solved by the solution you suggested? Apologies as I am not very familiar yet with Power Automate. Thanks again!
