I have a Flow that is supposed to save entries from a Form to a SharePoint Online list. I keep getting an error message: 403 Access Denied (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005...

What could be causing this? I double checked all my connections already and I gave the Flow access to the list site.

Error code shows 403 and prompts that access is restricted. The account you used to configure Create item action does not seem to have sufficient permissions to create an item in the specified list.

You could try to fix this issue using the following method:

Use the other owner or member accounts of the specified list to configure Create item action, ensure they have sufficient permissions to the list.
If their account works, you could contact the corresponding administrator to see if your account has the appropriate permissions, and then assign the required permissions to your account.
Try to reconfigure the connection or update the connection, then test if Flow is working.
