Is it possible to create an approval workflow using Headtrax instead of the GAL? We currently use the get manager command to discover line manager details. However, we would like to retreive the details from Headtrax as well,(for those users in Headtrax and not in the GAL).

Currently, the available connectors of MS Flow do not include Headtrax, and data cannot be obtained from it.
Now mainly use the information of the user contained in O365 to configure Approval action.
You could also manually configure the user email address in the assigned list.
