Send Email with Multiple Choice Fields

Hi all!

 

I need help with sending emails. In our list, we have fields called "ProductType", "Internal/External", "POC(s)", "Project Members" that are multiple selection. When I try to insert it into the email body, it keeps looping ("Apply to Each") and this causes individuals to recieve emails multiple times. Is there a way I can just have it email everyone listed as POC and Project Members once?

 

Also, would it be possible to list Product Type in one email? (if I select more than one type, it only lists one in the email) The below is the most recent method I've tried to no avail:

    Hi @LaMakiry 

    You can create a string variable to store all ProductType, appending values to the variable in the apply-to-each "ProductType"-. You could do the same for "Internal/External" fields, and those will be used inside each apply-to-each for POC field.

    Hi @fchopo thanks for posting! I am new to this so any visual aid would be much appreciated. It sounds like what you mentioned is what I did at the top? Also, I am also not that good with expressions (append).

    Hi again @fchopo I tried to incorporate what you said above to the best of my abilities but, it only sends an email to one POC
