Azure DevOps 'When a work item is closed' without Type filter not working.

When using the Azure DevOps trigger When a work item is closed I am trying to leave the "Type" parameter blank to trigger on any work item closure.

However, without a "Type" specified the Flow never triggers on any work item closures.

Is there a way to achieve this behaviour using this trigger type? Perhaps this is a bug?

It could be a bug because When a work item is updated works for any closure if "Type" is left blank.

For what it's worth, my current workaround is to use 'When a work item is updated' with the below Trigger Condition - but I'm afraid it sometimes doesn't work if a user makes an update to a Closed ticket within the polling window of the trigger.
@equals(triggerOutputs()?['body/fields']?['System_ChangedDate'],triggerOutputs()?['body/fields']?['Microsoft_VSTS_Common_ClosedDate'])
