Hi all,
Thank you in advance for your help.
A few months ago I started a new job and inherited lots of flows created with a service account. We're now pushing MFA to all accounts and I kept postponing adding it to the service account as I've read a lot of users had issues with flows failing left and right after adding MFA.
Is that still the case? Would enabling MFA break flow connections? And if it does and I re-establish them will I need to do theat every time we need to re-authenticate the MFA?
Many thanks!
Ciprian
i got security defaults email notification
"Starting the week of February 28, 2023, we’ll make it easier for you to enable security defaults by presenting you with a message when you sign in to your Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) account through your web browser. If you don’t take action per the message, security defaults will be enabled after 14 days. If you’d like to get started, you can enable security defaults today."
and as i remember i tried turning on MFA on my service account 3 yrs ago, and it keep failing
sent an email to MS support and they suggest app password and generic response.
maybe im dumb, i dont know how to use app password in power automate or they dont support it
Wonder what is the result after you turn it on, i have 50+ flows which gonna be pain in the a** to revalidating it again, also my flow has state machine approval, also need to be rerun @,@@
