Using Cloud to Automate PAD flow

I have two desktop flows that I want to run early in the morning every day.

I made a scheduled cloud flow that runs, but it is not able to connect to the Unattended Power Automate machine and throws this error: "The run has exceeded the queue waiting time limit. Consider allocating more machines or spreading desktop flow runs to optimize wait time in the queue."

I am not sure how to resolve this error.

Secondly, I tried to create a scheduled task in windows task manager. That did not seem to work as well, because when a flow is run, a pop up appears to verify that I am connecting to Excel or SharePoint. I already disabled pop up setting.

Does anyone know how I can schedule these flows?

That sounds like the bot cant login to the machine since there is another login session. Make sure no other flow or no one else is using that machine for their flows at that time.

Check Desktop Flow Activity to see if there was other flows running on that time. If that's a companys machine that other people have access to make sure that they don't have any flows running on that machine on some other environment maybe.

Try starting the unattended run manually on different time to see if it works then.
