Connection to Outlook (V2) Connector

Hello! I want to build a flow that when an email is received, it adds the PDF attachment in to a specific document library in a Sharepoint. I have managed to successfully create this using the Outlook (V3) connector however, I would like the trigger to be from Outlook (V2) connector.
 
When I try and log in to my account on the V2 connector, it does not recognise my works email. Are we able to connect to the Desktop version of Outlook or does it have to be the web version?

    you said company email... But you weren't specific in if its a company Office 365 or not. if it is you need to make sure you are using the ones labeled Office 365 not Outlook and yes I know I didnt show you the trigger, I was just showing you the label differences.

    Hi there!

    The key detail is shown just below the name of the connector — that’s the "category" of the connector.

    If it says Outlook.com, it means it's for a personal account. If it says Office 365, then it's for a work or school (professional) account.

    That’s why you can’t use the V2 connector with your work account — it’s designed specifically for personal accounts.
