To extract data around open ratio, Marked as junk etc for bulk emails send to potential customers

Hello Team

I am trying to build a flow that captures multiple files from dropbox, sends out an email with them as attachments, and gets some analytics (as to who has opened the message, Who has marked the email as junk, etc.).

Kindly suggest how I can do the latter part (the generation of analytics around emails sent out).

Thanks in Advance

    Hello @aksheay91,

please correct me if i'm wrong but as far as i know the only part of your analytics possible would be to send the mail with a read receipt (which could be marked as "don't send" by recipient)

But the tracking of the mail position (junk folder, important/unimportant) or similar is not possible due to the technical limitations of emails.

Without some Javascript or html code you won't get any noteworthy information from your sent emails (but with the code, your mail could be marked as potentially harmful by some firewalls of your customers) which may or may not be a risk you're alright to take.

    tl;dr

Maybe you should look at some javascript communities which could help you as the technical limitations of emails restrict you to get the information you want in any (to me known) other way
