If I manually create an all day event (IsAllDay:Yes) with the M365 group connector and use Start: 2024-07-01T00:00:00.0000000Z End: 2024-07-02T00:00:00.0000000Z it spans two days in Outlook. If I enter Start: 2024-07-01T00:00:00.0000000Z End: 2024-07-01T23:59:59.0000000Z it's not a valid value.
The event is for a birthday.
This seems to have been resolved with the following actions.
In addition to the Create Event action, I'm also setting the event to reoccur every year using HTTP Request > Patch as described here https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Flows/How-do-you-make-a-calendar-event-repeat-every-year/m-p/2683080/emcs_t/S2h8ZW1haWx8YW5zd2VyX2FjY2VwdGVkX2FzX3NvbHV0aW9ufExVRUNQREUyOUc2T0JEfDI2ODMwODB8QUNDRVBURURfU09MVVRJT05TfGhL#M301122
I've removed "endDate" in this block and changed recurrenceTimeZone to "UTC"
