How to sync the events in the Outlook Inbox to the Calendar List of the SharePoint Online site via Power Automate

Hello,

I am working on creating a SharePoint site homepage for my company's local office market. I previously asked a question in the SharePoint community to see how I can sync events/meetings in an Outlook Inbox to the calendar List on SharePoint site. The Microsoft Agent/Moderator pointed me to this community, as this ask is possible via Power Automate. Any help/guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,

Caleb

To ensure I understand your query.  The company has a centralised calander in outlook that events are added to.  And that you are creating a SharePoint Site for them with a page and you would like to place as part of a webpart a list of up and coming events on the page that is syncronised to the calander in outlook.

I assume you have done some reasurch on this before posting here.

    Regards

    Andrew

    Hi Andrew,

Yes this is correct, the group calendar web link in SharePoint will only allow me to select a Microsoft 365 Group to pull event/meetings data from. However, replies to previous posts I have made noted that you are able to sync events in the Outlook Inbox to the Calendar List of the SharePoint Online site. unfortunately, I have no idea how to go about doing this. Thanks for the help again Andrew!
