How to create a project phase and stage workflow in Project Online

Hi, 

 

How can I create a Phase and Stage workflow in Project Online and tie it to an EPT (Enterprise Project Type) ? Is it possible with power automate ? and how will that workflow from power automate be associated to a project type in projec

    Sadly, PO only allows SharePoint Online workflows to be associated with an EPT, not Power Automate flows.

     

    Once a SPO workflow is associated, it is possible to update the active stage etc. using Power Automate by calling the API, but it kind of defeats the purpose.
