"Choice" in Forms not translating to "Choice" in Lists

I would love help building a flow to fix this issue.

When users submit a Form, I have it populating to a List. This is going through a Team so I don't own the form, and all of my connections are in SharePoint and not OneDrive.

I have several questions that are multiple choice and I have them linked to columns that are set as choice columns - all choices match the choices in the Form. But when the form is submitted, the List responses show up this way. Because of this, I won't be able to filter the list for EMC because it's populating it as ["EMC"] instead. How do I make the responses come through cleanly so that I can filter them in the List? If people select multiple answers for these questions I would like for them to show up as List choices/filter options in the List.

I found one tutorial that showed how to do this, but for only one column/multiple choice. I have several as you can see.

I also have one List column (Request Type Value-1) that three different multiple choice Form questions feed into. I would love for that to come up as choice options in List as well because I have all of the answer choices the same.

My Flow is below and I put a red circle next to the multiple-choice questions:

This is how to do it for one multiple choice question. I have three different questions with multiple choice answers that I need to build the flow for. Could you post an example of that?
