Flow did not trigger on MS Form submission

Hello all,

I have a flow that is triggered once an MS Form has been submitted, this flow has been in production for a couple months now working fine. I just ran into 1 instance where the flow did not trigger upon Form submission. The flow is still working fine it was just this 1 instance (that we know of). Unfortunately, the run log does not help in this regard. Are there any other logs or tools anyone can recommend for me to try to find a root cause for this issue?

any help is greatly appreciated.

    Hi @jvargas33

Did you Flow Instance not Trigger or Sunday or Monday? I am asking because many other also faced the problem(including myself)

Just have a look at the post : https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/General-Power-Automate/Flow-not-triggered/td-p/673105

If it happened after Monday,  I would consider submitting a Support ticket at https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/support

Because only Microsoft Support can tell you the root cause of the problem.

@CFernandes Thank you for the response. Yes, this issue occurred on Sunday. After reading the post you provided, I don't see anything on the root cause or how Microsoft resolved this. Would you happen to know what occurred?
