I was testing out the following rule in a Person/Group column
But when contacting my other team member they did not receive the email where their name was listed second but received the other line they were in. I received all lines.
This is the email I received for the line that was updated.
Is this a known issue? I can't find anything online about it.

How exactly is this related to Power Automate? Did you set up a flow to send those emails?
