Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

I want to know if we can create a flow where if anyone rename the file of word document. It should update the new name in the content of word document(inside). Is this possible without using premium connector? As shown in screenshot, if the filename is trialrename1.docx, then it gets the name from filename and update the content inside. Any help will be apreciated
