Update Item Action ID

Hi,

I'm trying to set up a custom flow so that responses from a form are sent to a list. I'm not sure if it is the right action, but I've been trying to use Update Item. When setting it up, when it comes to ID, I can only use Response ID which I don't think is the right one. No other options are available.

    Use Create Item instead of update item to send the response details to the sharepoint list
