Microsoft Form (linked to a Microsoft List) - Sharepoint - how to add an attachment

Hopefully I'm posting this in the right location - please correct me if not, it's my first post.

Our company has recently starting using Sharepoint (office 365) and we are testing using Microsoft Lists (to replace some excel trackers and eventually use Power Automate - currently I only have the free version). I've created a test MS list which has a 'NEW Form' function attached.

Completing the fields in the MS form successfully populates the Microsoft List, which is great and in the future could save us a lot of time.

However, I can't seem to get the option for an attachment in the MS Form. We need people to be able to add an attachment to the form they submit. I can add an attachment in the MS List view but in show/hide fields the 'attachment' field for the MS form is not visible/available. I created a new 'image' column but that doesn't seem to be available in the MS form either.

Please can you advise, what am I missing?
