Save form attachment with different name

Hello!

I need your help! I've tried to solve this in many different ways but unfortunately nothing works. 😞
I need to save the attachment in specific folder on sharepoint and overwrite files name using the data completed by responder in the form.

Please, can you help me how to set it up?

In case below, name of attachment should be:
XXX_YYY_ZZZ.FILE

Hi @Tokarz

Did you tried using concat() expression to combine all the responses (1, 2 & 5) together and finally pass the filename under the create file step?

hi @Tokarz try this.
last(split(outputs('Link'),'.'))

Frist Output is name XX, second YY and last is extensionfile
