Extract excel data from an email and paste it to a sharepoint list

Hello! 

 

I have been struggling so hard. I want to create a flow:

 

I receive an email every day with a specific excel file. I would like Power automate to copy a certain range from this excel file and paste the data into a SharePoint file. Is there a way without using Encodian?
