Please flash the PAD start bar button when paused on debug breakpoint

There needs to be some indication to show when a flow is paused otherwise I sit here saying to myself, "hmmm... is it stalled? Did I add a longer wait here than I thought?"  When a breakpoint is hit, there needs to be some indicator to the developer that it's paused...
