List view threshold is 5000 and I want to Incrase it as 30000

In My share point list showing -  list view threshold is 5000 only,

But i need 20000+ row/Item in my list, so how this possible to add more item/Row ?  

When ever I'm adding Items it's uploaded but I'm unable to find out data list here showing 5000 row only

    I am sorry please explain what you mean by list view?? Show some pictures please, so I can explain how to do what you want.
