Hi Team,

I want to create a flow to save the photo/s and or attachment taken in my survey (S123) and save these to a dedicated folder in SharePoint - and save the link into an excel spreadsheet along with the rest of the collection.

I have been successful in doing this for MS Forms however no luck with S123, after too many attempts to count.

I have deleted the flow and starting again - however a common error I am getting is the feature attachment photo URL is of type 'Null'.

Any help would be great.

Hi @SunshineK

A similar post here from yesterday https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/General-Power-Automate/Microsoft-Form-upload-does-not-preview-image-when-copied-to/m-p/872271#M67855 where the user was using an array to store the photo URLS which were saved to OneDrive during each form submisson. He was then able to use get file from path (One Drive) and saved the content of each file to SharePoint using create file.

If this doesn't help, can you share what you have achieved to date and we can try and give you some pointers.

Looking at the related post..

I have a S123 in which each repeat has up to 4 associated photos with it.
anytime I try to access the URL of the images in S123 it makes every operation into an Apply to Each..

You are suggesting that I compose an array of all the links and then search through them to sort them into the appropriate columns?

If all I can get is a single folder containing each photo from the survey I will be happy, or able to put a link to the folder in the excel spreadsheet.
