Tasks not generating

Hi all,

I built a simple flow several weeks ago that's been running fine since I turned it on. However over the weekend it stopped marking my logic condition as true. It's supposed to check if an item in a Sharepoint list is set to a certain string and create a task. The Sharepoint List is still cet to the correct string, but the logic is returning as false and no tasks are generating. 

 

Any help would be appreciated,

    Hi @Anonymous ,

    Could you please show which string is update in the SharePoint List and what is the formula mentioned in the If condition in Flow.

    @ArchitectMadhan  I've doubled checked that the left section of the Condition is 'Action Required #2'
