form data did went in.. but why is the error message showing??

Hi

 

Can I know why the error message pop up ?? the data successful went into the SP list

 

which error it is referring????

    Is this a system error or did you use the notify() function?

    Could you provide more formulas?

    Yes I put it inside the On Failure. but I removed it now.

     

    this appear after submit??

    Just like the error message, the data you submitted is invalid or some required fields you did not provide values.

    Please check your form and your data source.
