    Hi @VanNguyen

In Custom Header write like below

    Authorization: Bearer %AccessToken%

Here %AccessToken% is variable where you have the Token

If you add "Bearer", use what @Srini007 suggested literally - replace "_AuthorizedToken" with "Authorization" like this:

    Authorization: Bearer %AccessToken%

Also, try experimenting with the different options under the Advanced settings of the Invoke web service action:

    • Try enabling or disabling the "Encode request body" option
    • Try enabling or disabling the "Accept untrusted certificates" option
    • Try enabling or disabling the "Follow redirection" option

These are the usual culprits for an API call not working in PAD initially.

    • Try enabling or disabling the "Accept untrusted certificates" option
    • Try enabling or disabling the "Follow redirection" option and replace Authorization VanNguyen_2-1697092012916.png

    Hi @VanNguyen

From the screenshot you provided the error is that you didn't change the custom Header correctly

as I mention before can you write only Authorization instead of _AuthorizeToken?
