Hello All.
I have a shared mailbox which I'm creating a flow to capture any emails received once they are moved to a subfolder, these emails are then copied to a SharePoint list, which when connected to my app will be filtered to that specific client, so we are able to view at a glance all emails received from a client without multiple users needing access to the shared mailbox.
I have created a flow so when an email is received into a subfolder of the shared mailbox, a new item is created in the sharepoint list.
The flow works but what I did not consider is that the email will save in HTML, so in the actual list it looks like the below image.
Is there a way to save the email body as plain, multiline text?
The from, to, subject etc all worked fine, its just the body of the email I need to fix.
