Approvals custom responses

Hi,

I'd like to set up an Approval that runs continually until all approvers have responded (or until the Flow times out), and records responses as they come in, rather than once all have responded. Does anyone know if this is possible?

Thanks 🙂

Hi @Anonymous what I do in this situation is to use parallel branching with the approval action in each branch going to one approver.  Each approver has columns in a SharePoint list for Approver Name, Outcome, Completion Date and Comments. Under the approval in each branch I then have a SharePoint Update item action that saves the approval details to "their" columns in the list. This way you can easily tell which approver hasn't responded and have an audit trail of all the approvals.
