Power Automate - Flow, Attachments not opening on email

Hello

I have a flow which checks for a matching date range and then sends an email off the back of it when the date matches.

This works fine and is perfectly happy, I would however like to take the flow one step further and when it sends an email, it also includes the attachment from the SharePoint list item.

I have had mixed results with this, whilst it will pull the information, I receive an error when attempting to open the file in Outlook, this happens no matter the file type!

Can someone advise where I need to amend/adjust to ensure it behaves itself and attachments can be opened, images of flow in question attached, the email content for the attachments is shown below as can only add 3 attachments!
