    Hi @Anonymous ,

In the flow, you are using "When an Item is Created or Modifed" and this is a trigger not an action. Please select the "Update Item" sharepoint ACTION from the action selector in Flow.

    Hi @Anonymous ,

You are using the trigger " When an Item is Created" so after this trigger, you can get the ID of this item. You want to update this particular item right?

    Check the screenshot below:

    Dear,

Now it is working, but the process i want to do is the following.

Create a new item->send me an email->i enter the sharepoint and modify it ->send me an email again.

Not send me simultaneously as one time.

Is it posible to solve that?

    Best regards

    Chi

    Hi @Anonymous ,

Yes. For this you will have to create two flows.

    Flow 1:

    Trigger: Manual button:

    Action: Create a SharePoint Item

    Action: Send email. Sp2.png

    Flow 2:

Trigger : When an item is created or modfied

    Action : Send emailSp3.png

Note: you can remove the send email action from the first flow as it will be any ways covered in the second one. So when you create a item with the first flow, the second one will be triggered and you wil get email. Now you go to sharepoint and modify it and the second flow gets triggered and you get the email.

    Hope this Helps!
