Onedrive FileName run in power automate

I have created on flow which can automatically attach the file into Sharepoint list when one file created in Onedrive. This Sharepoint list has 4 columns, Title, LotNum, TestSequence and SubmitTime.

Title is same to Filename
LotNum pickes 3 to 7 characters of Filename
TestSequence pickes 9 to 23 characters
SubmitTime is the real time when the flow running

I test this flow, it can be successfully triggered, Title and SubmitTime were corrected filled, but LotNum and TestSequence were filled with very stranged characters, which are not correct filename.
The correct filename is TR_20222_20240802_134605, Title was directly filled by FileName, which is correct, but for LotNum and TestSequence, I used the Substring() to pick the characters, which are incorrect, I think it maybe cause from the format of FileName, it may be not string type, maybe special type, when it is transferred to string type, the result is special.

I have found the solution, the filename is Base64 code, so use the decodeBase64 firstly, then everything is fine.

    Hi,

Pls verify the file name in the trigger 'When a file is created'. Also share the expressions used for LotName & TestSequence used in the flow.

    Thanks
