I am trying to copy an item from one list to another (the items may have attachements)

I get this error and I'm not sure why.

Thanks

    The 'inputs.parameters' of workflow operation 'Get_attachments' of type 'OpenApiConnection' is not valid. Error details: The resolved string values for the following parameters are invalid, they may not be null or empty: 'itemId'

    @pmwhelan ,

    Please try to replace the ID from Get Attachments action with:

    triggerBody()?['ID']

    Seems that formula is alterated somehow ...

    Hope it helps !

    ok seems i was missing a loop int he Get Attachments.

    Now I get

    Unable to process template language expressions in action 'Get_attachment_content' inputs at line '0' and column '0': 'The template language expression 'item()?['ID']' cannot be evaluated because property 'ID' cannot be selected. Array elements can only be selected using an integer index. Please see https://aka.ms/logicexpressions for usage details.'.

    @pmwhelan ,

    Inside Apply to each loop, if you want to refer to a current item property use (here for ID):

    items('Apply_to_each')?['ID']

    I am following the instructions from here

    https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/General-Power-Automate/Copy-attachments-from-one-SharePoint-list-to-another-list/m-p/91276#M39290

    Id and File Identifier appear to be the same value when my flow runs?

    thanks

    @pmwhelan ,

    Is something strange with ID in your flow (not your fault), it seems that the system don't recognize correctly the dynamic content.

    Can you please use the same ID, as in Get attachments.

    triggerBody()?['ID']

    and for file identifier:

    items('Apply_to_each')['Id']

    Hope it helps !

    I have seen weird errors with the new designer. Try rebuild your flow in the old designer.

    @ialbasheir-kbr ,

    Thanks for remark, it is good to know ! Actually I didn't notice that, because I exclusively use the old designer.

    In the same time, I think it is better to understand how a flow can be build and how can a dynamic content be transpose in formula.
