send form when a row is modified

Hello,

 

I'm a newbie so please bare with me.

I have a flow that triggers when a row is modified then sends an email which is working fine.

i would like to send a separate email to the user who did the modification so i'm trying to create an action under get a row by ID 3 which contains the modifiedby (value) but then i can't find anything to send him the ms form with.

 

can you help please ? how can i send the form with power automate ?

    @robrobrob in your send an email (v2) or send an email from a shared mailbox action (whichever you are using) click the </> code view button. You will now need to add html tags throughout the body of the email, but it means you can add a clickable link to your form using the collect responses link:
