Hi

I have a flow which inserts a row into a table after form submit.

I need the flow to then from the data submitted in the name column to do a Vlookup to find that persons email address.

any ideas?

Thanks

Andy

    Hi @Anonymous,

Could you please explain a bit for the form submit here?

Besides, what is your data source used here?

Under Flow, there is no function available to do a lookup, we need to take use of Condtion to filter the Get Rows action.

And then take the record elements in the following actions.

    Regards,

    Michael

    Re: Formula to find Value
Hi Thank you for getting back to me. Please see details below. I am a teacher at a school in charge of instrumental music lessons. My Aim... When a student has a lesson, the teacher fills out a "Form" with details from the lessons. This will also include the students' next instrumental lesson date and time. My Flow... Basically takes to form responses and puts them into an excel file using "Import Row" and then should, send an email with the details to the students parents. My Issue... I need the table to automatically look for the parents email so the teacher does not have to look for it each time to type it in. I have attached put a couple of photos in ondrive with a link. https://maryleboneboysschool-my.sharepoint.com/personal/abowden_maryleboneschool_org/_layouts/15/guestaccess.aspx?folderid=0d4c1bb91c27e47d68a65312216503e64&authkey=AZ6w8ebr-FRAQu8aM-PeiT8 Thanks Andy
