We have a couple Service/Administrative Accounts that have had to have licenses enabled for Teams which then appear for users to send chats to. This is causing a problem because those accounts are not always monitored within Teams and those notifications don't go to any real person.
I've tried to find a Flow that may be used to notify someone when that account gets any sort of Activity specific to it. I couldn't find anything to do this.
Has anyone used Power Automate to get a notify for when service accounts get mentioned or a chat?

If you build a flow as part of that service account you could investigate the mention trigger in teams?
