Approval to more then one person - Reassignment to another person

Hello, I´ve a workflow where an approval will always be send to more then one person. One of the approver catches up the approval and reassign this approval to another person. In the past the status of the original email changed to has been reassigned for everyone. But since 2-4 weeks the status of the original email will only be changed from the person who has done the reassignment. The status of the other recipients doesn´t change anymore. 

Has anybody an idea if anything has been changed by Microsoft?
