Dropping 'Add Picture' onto data card

Hi, I notice if I drop the Add Picture components into the data card the "Tap or click to add a picture" text disapears and the button no longer works as a button.  I am droping this onto a datacard for a Sharepoint.Picture column cofigured for a Hyperlink not an image.  I want it in a datacard to help it scroll directly, I intend to store in a collection then upload with JSON by clicking a button.

Is it possible to do this and how do I get the "Tap or click to add a picture" visible again.

The attached image may clarify what I am explaining

Thanks and all help, gratefully received

I made a test on my side, and the AddMedia control can be added inside the From data card well. Could you try again?

However, I suggest you save the image to Attachment of the list instead of the Image column. You should save the image to SP Document by JSON, then add the files to Attachment to record the Form submitted. Please check the flow steps:

Thanks for the response but I think you mis-understood my question..  What I am trying to do is much more simple than that.

I have the image already stored in sharepoint and its URL stored in the sharepoint list column already, all I am wanting to do is to give the URL to the image component so it can render it.

@CliveMM  Check that the DisplayMode on the Add Picture control is set to Edit and not View.

    Ok, @CliveMM

But in my test, the AddMedia control can work well in the data card.

Could you try to delete it and re-add it to the Data Card?

Thanks for the update, is your example using a sharepont datasource?

Yes, the EditForm data source is from SharePoint list.

If you have a persistent issue with your app on this, please consider if any Advanced Settings (File - Setting - Advanced Settings) conflict with it.

Could you please debug these advanced settings to check if this issue can be fixed?
