Thanks for your help, I would like to be able to copy all rows from my Excel table (1080) to SharePoint list. But I'm stuck at 196 rows.

Go the the settings for the List rows action. Turn on pagination and set the threshold to 5000. Re-run your Flow and let me know if this resolves your issue please.
