When should I create flow from the solution and from the "My Flows" view?

Hello,

 

Can you please clarify When should I create flow from the solution and from the "My Flows" view?

    It is always recommended that you create flows from inside solutions so that you can easily move across environments, the only one type of Flow that you can't create from a solution are flows that you create directly from forms or lists.
