copy data from excel offline to smartsheet

Hi all, 

 

I like to transfer/copy data from offline excel to an existing smartsheet.

Import option in smartsheet will not append to an existing sheet. 

using odbc I can able to transfer from smartsheet to excel, but the return process is not available.
