Can't see the Attachment field in my SP List

I'm using Power Automate to upload an attachment in SharePoint List. Although I can see the Attachment Column in the SP List, I can't see it in the PowerAutomate fields when I recall the SharePoint action to create item.

In my SharePoint List, I can see the column.

What may cause PowerAutomate not pickup this column?

You are right.
In fact, you can't update the attachment using the "Update Item" in Power Automate. If you want to upload an attachment, you need to use "Add Attachment"
