Building Flow to Send Surveys to People Hired between May 1 2022 - Now

Hi Everyone,

I've been searching around a ton for some answers/tutorials on this one, but I'm coming here for some guidance. I am currently trying to set up a flow that will send recruitment and an onboarding survey. The issue I'm having is setting up the flow so that it only sends to people who were hired after May 1, 2022 (the of dates are located on a SharePoint site/list). How would I set a flow like this up?

Hi @Jougle1059 ,

Could you please tell me:
Do you have a person column and a date column in your SharePoint list?
Do you want to filter the people column based on the date greater than or equal to May 1st and less than today?

You can use Get items to get the data in the SharePoint list and filter by date in the filter query.
I have made a test for your reference:

Hi Levi

I do have a Sharepoint list with people within rows and dates sorted by column. As well I would like for it to be equal to May 1st and less than today. Thank you for your response!
